Our public gym and yoga studio at Packwood Station are here to support the health and well-being of the Packwood community and its visitors. Whether you're a local looking for a regular workout spot or a traveler needing to stretch after a day of hiking, our facilities are open, welcoming, and designed to help you move, breathe, and recharge.

Our gym is equipped with essential strength and cardio equipment, perfect for everything from quick workouts to full training sessions. Next door, our light-filled yoga studio offers a peaceful space for classes, community gatherings, or solo practice.

Drop-ins are welcome, and we love partnering with local instructors, trainers, and wellness leaders. Come break a sweat, find your flow, and be part of a growing community centered on movement and mindfulness in the shadow of Mt. Rainier.

Yoga Schedule (June)

Located at the Green Barn @Packwood Station, 

111 Snyder Rd, Packwood WA 98361

Beginners welcome! No experience necessary. Benefits include relief of stress and tension, improved balance, strength and flexibility, better sleep, improved metabolic rate and cardiovascular health. 

Monday, 8:30am - Morning Practice

Start your day with grounding and energizing movement that builds strength, balance and flexibility in body and in spirit. 

Monday, 6:15pm - Evening Practice

End of day, beginning of the week vinyasa yoga for all levels - playful, invigorating and empowering. 

Tuesday, 10:15am - Gentle Yoga

Reduce stiffness, aches and pains, increase mobility and range of motion. This class is VERY gentle, safe for bodies over 80 years old. 

Tuesday, 4:00 PM - Big Bottom Yoga @ Randle

A new, introductory offering for Randle community members interested in releasing tension and weight loss. Follow @packwoodyoga on FB @ IG for location updates!
